Purchase of Admission Form
Application vouchers for Graduate studies can be purchased at the cost of GH¢ 210.00 by dialing *887* 9# on all mobile networks, entering “KAAF’ and selecting Graduate Forms.
International Applicants can purchase online forms using this link at the cost of $120.00
For manual application, Applicants should make a purchase of the forms at the following banks:
- Agricultural Development Bank (ADB)
- Access Bank
- Ecobank

Completion of Manual Application Form
Candidates wishing to use the manual forms must first download and fill the manual forms after the purchase of the forms at the Bank and submit the complete hard copy with the attachments through the address below or submit to the admission office at the main campus
