Application Process

Purchase an application voucher (via mobile money or online)
Submit your application online via the admissions portal
Upload all required documents
Pay the application fee
Send supporting documents to graduateschool@kaafuni.edu.gh
Attend an interview (if required)
Receive your admission decision

How to Buy Application Voucher

Option 1: Mobile Money (USSD)

Dial *887*9# on any mobile network (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)
Type "KAAF" when prompted
Select the appropriate graduate application form
Follow the prompts to complete payment via mobile money
You will receive a voucher code via SMS

Note: If you do not receive the voucher via SMS, you can retrieve it in two ways:

Dial the same short code *887*9# and follow the prompts to View history and retrieve your voucher.
Or retrieve your voucher online via: https://online-voucher.transflowitc.com/retrieve-voucher

Option 2: Online Payment
