KAAF University Welcomes New Acting Vice Chancellor – Dr. Francis Achampong

KAAF University is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Francis Achampong as the new Acting Vice Chancellor, effective October 13, 2025.

Dr. Achampong brings with him a distinguished record of academic leadership and administrative excellence. As a former Rector, he has extensive experience in academic administration, student services, admissions strategy, and institutional development.

Prior to this appointment, Dr. Achampong served as Strategic Advisor in the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, where he played a key role in strengthening academic operations and advancing faculty initiatives.

We are confident that Dr. Achampong’s leadership will further the university’s vision of academic innovation, excellence, and community impact.

All official matters requiring the attention of the Acting Vice Chancellor should henceforth be directed to his office.

This is a kind reminder to all staff that the matriculation ceremony for newly admitted students of the 2025/2026 academic year (September Intake) is scheduled as follows

Date: Saturday, October, 18, 2025

Time: 9:00AM

Venue: Main Campus Gomoa, Fetteh Kakraba

Dress code: Formal

Matriculations is a significant academic exercise and a requirement for all newly admitted students to be officially recognized as junior members of the university community.

All staff are kindly requested to attend and support the event. Punctuality and full participation are highly encourage.

KAAF University Concludes Its 1st International Conference on Multidisciplinary Research

On Friday, 12th September 2025, KAAF University successfully hosted its 1st International Conference of Multidisciplinary Research under the theme:
“Shaping the Future: Integrating Innovation in Business and Healthcare Practice.”

The event brought together distinguished academics, researchers, policy makers, industry leaders, and students to exchange knowledge and inspire actionable solutions that foster growth, efficiency, and improved quality of life.

Keynote sessions were delivered by:

  • Professor Kofi Osei-Frimpong, Africa Business School, University Mohammed VI Polytechnic, Morocco.
  • Professor Ebenezer Malcalm, Ag. Vice Chancellor, Ghana Communications Technology University.
  • Dr. David Atsu Deegbe, Mental Health Nursing Department, University of Ghana.

This milestone conference marks the beginning of a vibrant platform for multidisciplinary research and collaboration, positioning KAAF University as a hub for innovation-driven transformation in both business and healthcare.
